ALBERT M. GREENFIELD, III, President and Managing Director

  Mr. Greenfield has more than a decade of experience in real estate and finance. He is also a co-founder of Connor-Greenfield Company. Prior to the purchase of Albert M. Greenfield & Co., Inc., a real estate company founded by his grandfather, Mr. Greenfield was Vice President of Union Bank of Switzerland (1986-1988), where he ran the special situation trading desk, including worldwide private placements. During the 1985-1986 period, he was a Goldman Sachs Vice President, acted as Manager of the Secondary Private Placement Trading Department, and was instrumental in setting up and heading the firm's high-yield bond trading desk. From 1980 to 1985, he was Vice President and corporate Bond Trader at Morgan Stanley.

   Mr. Greenfield received his B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
