Over her 48+ year career in the real estate industry, Barbara L. Greenfield has sold over $250 million worth of real estate in Center City, Philadelphia including several Landmark properties such as the ARCO Building at Broad and Spruce Streets, Peale House at 1820 Chestnut Street, the former Belgravia Hotel at 1811 Chestnut Street, Victoria House at 21st and Locust Streets, and the elegant McIlhenny Estate on Rittenhouse Square.

  Over the span of her career, Mrs. Greenfield has received a great number of awards from the real estate community. She was winner of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors' prestigious "Top Lister" Award in 1983, 1984, 1988, and 1989. From 1985 through 1987, she received that organization's "Overall Combined Volume" Award. And in 1989, she was winner of the Platinum Award for over $5 million in sales.
