These bankers have collectively dealt with over 500 institutional clients for a variety of real estate financing for both debt and equity structures. Specifically, AMG has structured deals such as: REIT financing, sale/lease backs, participating convertible mortgages, and convertible preferred financing. Moreover, AMG has successfully completed sales/financing transactions of office buildings, shopping malls, power centers, apartment properties and industrial parks.
