ALBERT M. GREENFIELD, III, President
and Managing Director
Mr. Greenfield has more
than a decade of experience in real estate and finance. He is also a co-founder
of Connor-Greenfield Company. Prior to the purchase of Albert M. Greenfield
& Co., Inc., a real estate company founded by his grandfather, Mr.
Greenfield was Vice President of Union Bank of Switzerland (1986-1988),
where he ran the special situation trading desk, including worldwide private
placements. During the 1985-1986 period, he was a Goldman Sachs Vice President,
acted as Manager of the Secondary Private Placement Trading Department,
and was instrumental in setting up and heading the firm's high-yield bond
trading desk. From 1980 to 1985, he was Vice President and corporate Bond
Trader at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Greenfield received his B.S. degree in Economics
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A.
from the Harvard Business School.
BERNARD M. GUTH, Executive Vice President
Mr. Guth has 39 years experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years as an attorney specializing in real estate and corporate securities, and many years supervising mortgage servicing and construction lending, and restructuring real estate portfolios and financing, among other duties. He started his career as an attorney with Folz, Bard, Kamsler, Goodis and Greenfield. During this time he was responsible for various creative and innovative transactions including the first Real Estate Investment Trust to be registered with the SEC and the first FHA insured cooperative apartment in Philadelphia. While with the Rubin Organization, he was Project Manger for the restoration on Philadelphia's Landmark Bellvue Stratford Hotel, securing financing, supervising construction, purchasing furniture, fixtures and equipment, negotiating management contract and representing ownership with lenders, management company and investors. He was also CFO at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Mr. Guth attended University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is active in cultural and civic organizations in the Philadelphia area.

W.C. WEISS, JR., Vice President
Mr. Weiss's real estate
background extends over 20 years, having been a licensed real estate broker/appraiser
for 17 years. He has successfully completed many commercial/investment
transactions, which include Center City commercial, shopping centers in
Pennsylvania and New Jersey and major land development projects. Some of
these projects include Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Hechinger's, The Salvation
Army, Giant Foods, Inc., Ross Dress for Less and Wendy's, to mention a
few. Mr. Weiss is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
and the Tri-State Real Estate Board.
MARK D. BERK, Sr. Vice President
Mr. Berk brings 22 years
of retail, commercial -investment experience specializing in retail and
development projects. He successfully implemented a turn around plan on
Blue Grass Shopping Center (Philadelphia) and has concluded significant
transactions in numerous states, (i.e. a 420 multi-family condominium conversion,
and in 1997 successfully brokered the $16 million sale of The City Line
Avenue S.C). His real estate experience encompasses from project conception,
analysis, leasing, marketing and disposition. Mr. Berk is a graduate of
Pennsylvania State University and maintains licensing in three (3) states,
Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. He is a member of Tri-State Real Estate
Board and company representative for The International Council of Shopping
Centers.
JEFFREY R. CARTER, Associate Realtor
Mr. Carter has twenty
years of real estate experience and prior to joining AMG was Director of
Leasing for 401 North Broad Street, a 1,600,000 square foot office and
industrial complex in the city of Philadelphia where he achieved 100% occupancy
rate for the owners.
MICHAEL GILINSKY, Associate Realtor
Michael specializes in commercial leasing and investment property sales. He is a graduate of the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from New York University School of Law.

BARBARA L. GREENFIELD, Associate
Broker
Over her 38 year career
in the real estate industry, Barbara L. Greenfield has sold over $80 million
worth of real estate in Center City, Philadelphia including several Landmark
properties such as the ARCO Building at Broad and Spruce Streets, Peale
House at 1820 Chestnut Street, the former Belgravia Hotel at 1811 Chestnut
Street, Victoria House at 21st and Locust Streets, and the elegant McIlhenny
Estate on Rittenhouse Square. Over the span of her career, Mrs. Greenfield
has received a great number of awards from the real estate community. She
was winner of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors' prestigious "Top
Lister" Award in 1983, 1984, 1988, and 1989. From 1985 through 1987,
she received that organization's "Overall Combined Volume" Award.
And in 1989, she was winner of the Platinum Award for over $5 million in
sales. She graduated the University of Pennsylvania with honors and is
active in local and national civic, charitable and cultural organizations.
VIRGINIA S. BALTZELL, Associate Broker
Virginia Baltzell has 16
years of experience as a sales and leasing specialist with a focus on residential
leasing and management. Miss Baltzell has sold over $40 million of residential
real estate. During her many years in this multi-faceted business she has
sold residential, multi-unit and commercial properties. She began her career
at Jackson-Cross Company. She then came to Helmsley-Greenfield, Inc. (the
former and future Albert M. Greenfield & Co., Inc.) as a Commercial
and Residential Sales Specialist. While at Helmsley-Greenfield, she located
and sold historic building for restoration and tax credits and leased and
managed rental properties. In the early nineties, she was Managing Director
and Broker of Record for Delta Partners, Inc. In 1996, Miss Baltzell returned
to Albert M. Greenfield & Co., Inc. Miss Baltzell has attended Fleming
College in Florence Italy, University of Pennsylvania and graduated from
Boston University. She is completing the Decorative Arts Certificate Program
at Moore College of Art. Miss Baltzell participates in many funding raising
and community activities. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association
of Realtors and The Alabama Ore and Iron Company.
BETTY BACHARACH HOWLEY, Associate Broker
Betty Bacharach Howley has 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Betty has been very successful in condominium sales starting her career at the beginning of the condo conversion in Center City. She was very actively involved in condo sales in Society Hill Towers, Hopkinson House, Academy House and the Dorchester. She became an Associate Broker in 1992.
