At the commencement of an assignment, AMG prepares a time line outlining the process involved in successfully completing the assignment. The Project Director is responsible to ensure that all those involved are responding in a timely and efficient manner. Every assignment is divided into phases with said phases requiring the associated and necessary documentation process which provides for consistent documentation format and outline regardless of the location or magnitude of the real estate service provided.
Upon receiving a new assignment, the team focuses on the operation principles. This audit gives us a thorough overview of Property Management issues which are either in place and acceptable or must be addressed.
